Not satisfied with your order? We're sorry to hear that and we'd love to hear what we can do to make you happy.


You can return your order within 14 days and we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 5 working days after receipt of the return shipment.



Easy returns in 3 steps


Step 1: Send an email to Whirlrcontact@gmail.com. There you can discuss the reason for your return and receive the return form.



Step 2: Submit your order


Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure you add a track and trace code to the package. You are responsible as the sender, we don't want any misunderstandings.



Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account.


As soon as we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred to your bank account within 5 working days.
